pharmachologic effect

It has an expectorant, enveloping, anti-inflammatory effect, helps to increase the secretion of bronchial glands, reduce the viscosity of sputum, remove it and improve breathing.

Indications for use

Laryngitis, tracheitis, bronchitis, asthma, pertussis, esophagitis, gastritis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, enterocolitis.

Dosage and administration

It is taken orally before meals: children under 1 year old – 0.5 tsp each. 1-2 times a day; from 1 year to 2 years – 0.5 tsp. 3-4 times a day; children aged 2–7 years – 1 tsp. 4–6 times a day, 7–14 years – 1 dess . l 4-6 times a day; adults and children over 14 years old – 1 tbsp. l 4-6 times a day.           

The duration of the course of treatment is determined individually, taking into account the effectiveness of therapy; as a rule, it is 7-14 days.

Allergic reactions are possible.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
