Combined preparation for the local treatment of external and internal hemorrhoids. Reduces capillary permeability, improves microcirculation, increases vascular tone, has anti-inflammatory properties. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic that relieves the itching, burning, and pain caused by hemorrhoids.
Indications for use
Local treatment of internal and external hemorrhoids.
Dosage and administration
Applied with severe clinical symptoms. Assign 1 suppository or 1 serving of cream in the morning and evening. With regression of acute symptoms, the dose is reduced to 1 suppository or 1 serving of cream per day. In the presence of internal hemorrhoids, the cream can be administered using a screw-on nozzle. The duration of treatment depends on the severity of the disease. 30 g of cream (1 tube) is enough for 20-30 applications .
Side effects
The drug in the injection zone can cause a feeling of mild discomfort and pain, burning, rash, itching and urticaria, fever, hemorrhoidal hemorrhages; anaphylactic reactions are possible, including angioedema, swelling of the face, bronchospasm and disorders of the ‑cardiovascular system.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug, the presence of injured areas of the mucous membrane, I trimester of pregnancy, childhood.
Overdose
No data. In case of accidental ingestion, it is necessary to quickly rinse the stomach. Treatment is symptomatic.
