Indications for use

Chronic coronary insufficiency – to prevent attacks.

Dosage and administration

Inside or sublingually , 0.01-0.02 g 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment lasts 2-4 weeks. If necessary, the treatment is repeated.

Side effects

Sometimes diarrhea, very rarely headache, tinnitus, dizziness.

Contraindications

Cerebral hemorrhage, increased intracranial pressure, severe hypotension, and angle-closure glaucoma. In open-angle glaucoma, nitroglycerin is not contraindicated.
