Indications for use
Prevention of ischemic disorders in atherosclerotic vascular lesions.
Method of administration and dosage
Inside, 1 tablet (75 mg) 1 time per day, regardless of food intake. Treatment should begin within a period of several days to 35 days in patients after myocardial infarction and from 7 days to 6 months in patients after ischemic stroke. In patients with acute coronary syndrome without ST- segment elevation, treatment with the drug should be started with a single dose of 300 mg on the first day of treatment, and then continued with a dose of 75 mg per day in combination with acetylsalicylic acid at a dose of 75–325 mg per day.
Side effects
Hematuria, purple, nose, gastro – intestinal, conjunctival and intracranial hemorrhage; digestive disorders, abdominal pain, exacerbation of peptic ulcers of the stomach and duodenum; disorders of the liver, biliary tract; headache, dizziness; skin rash.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy and lactation; childhood.
Overdose
Symptoms Increased bleeding time.
