pharmachologic effect
Anti-inflammatory drug for external use. It also has a local anesthetic and antimicrobial effect, has a moderate fibrinolytic activity.
Indications for use
In the complex treatment of diseases of support – motor system; bruises, sprains, traumatic infiltrates; festering wounds, burns, sciatica, sores, acne, abrasions in the skin – plastic surgery – preserving skin homografts.
Dosage and administration
Outwardly, in the form of applications and irrigation.
The p – re required concentration moistened gauze and put on the affected area for 20-30 minutes. A plastic wrap and a cotton cloth are applied over the napkin. The course lasts 10-15 days.
Side effects
Contact dermatitis, erythema, dry skin, mild burning, itchy dermatitis, allergic reactions, very rarely – bronchospasm.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to dimethyl sulfoxide, severe hepatic and / or renal failure, angina pectoris, severe atherosclerosis, glaucoma, cataracts, stroke, coma, myocardial infarction, pregnancy and lactation.
Overdose
In case of an overdose, signs of side effects increase.
