pharmachologic effect

It normalizes the ratio between blood flow to hemorrhoids and outflow of blood from them, and also causes a decrease in exudation, swelling, itching, serous discharge in hemorrhoids and other diseases of the anorectal zone. Shark liver oil has a local anti-inflammatory, hemostatic, wound healing and immunomodulatory effect.

Indications for use

External and internal hemorrhoids, anal fissures, erosion and microtrauma of the anus, anal itching. Used as a remedy with a calming, anti-inflammatory, wound healing, hemostatic effect; as a symptomatic drug for itching, burning and discomfort with hemorrhoids and other diseases of the anorectal zone.

Dosage and administration

The drug in the form of an ointment, using an applicator previously lubricated with a small amount of ointment, carefully apply to the affected areas outside or inside the anus up to 4 times a day. After each use, thoroughly rinse the applicator and place it in a protective cap.

Release the suppository from the plastic protective shell and insert into the anus. Apply 1 suppository up to 4 times a day: at night, in the morning and after each bowel movement. Regular use of the drug provides a stable therapeutic effect, relieves the symptoms of hemorrhoids.

Side effects

With a significant excess of the recommended doses, there may be a tendency to hypercoagulability .

Contraindications

Increased individual sensitivity to any of the components of the drug, thromboembolic disease, granulocytopenia .
