pharmachologic effect

It has antibacterial, local antifungal, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and local anesthetic effects.

Indications for use

Diseases of the ear of inflammatory and allergic etiology, including the condition after surgical interventions on the ear; acute otitis media of the middle ear; acute diffuse otitis media; chronic otitis media in the acute stage.

Method of administration and dosage

Applied topically by instillation p – pa in the outer ear canal 3-4 times a day for 4-5 drops. Improvement of the condition is observed in 3-5 days, the duration of the course of treatment should be 7-10 days.

Side effects

Itching and burning may occur at the site of application, as well as allergic reactions to individual components of the drug.

Contraindications

The patient’s age is up to 6 years, violation of the integrity of the tympanic membrane, breastfeeding, pregnancy, hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Overdose

There is no information on cases of overdose.
