pharmachologic effect
It has an antiemetic effect, stimulates the secretion of saliva, gastric juice, bile, normalizes digestion, enhances gastrointestinal motility, and prevents flatulence.
Indications for use
Treatment and prevention of kinetosis ; postoperative nausea and vomiting; hypomotorism of the gastrointestinal tract; dyskinesia of the biliary tract of the hypotonic type; flatulence.
Method of administration and dosage
To prevent motion sickness in transport, the drug should be taken orally, 30 minutes before the start of the trip – 2 capsules, if nausea occurs on the road – 1-2 capsules every 4 hours.
To prevent postoperative vomiting, take 4 capsules 1 hour before surgery. To normalize gastrointestinal motility – 2-4 capsules per day.
Side effects
Allergic reactions, heartburn.
Contraindications
Calculous cholecystitis, vomiting of pregnant women, age up to 12 years, lactation period, hypersensitivity.
Use with caution in gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer.
