Expands coronary vessels, increases the volumetric velocity of coronary blood flow, improves oxygen supply to the myocardium, and increases its tolerance to hypoxia. It helps to improve blood circulation in the collateral vasculature in violation of such in the main coronary vessels.

Indications for use

As an antiaggregatory agent for the prevention of postoperative thrombosis, myocardial infarction, and cerebrovascular accident. The use of the drug in chronic ischemic heart disease (hereinafter – IHD) as a coronary artery disease is limited. 

Method of administration and dosage

Inside on an empty stomach 1 hour before meals at a dose of 25-50 mg 3 times a day, and in more severe cases – 225 mg 3 times a day. The duration of the course of treatment is from several weeks to several months.     

As an antithrombotic agent, it is prescribed orally at 25 mg 3 times a day. V / m and / in is introduced 1-2 ml 0.5 % p – pa per day. The dose for children is 5 mg / kg of body weight.     

Side effects

In some cases, there are short-term flushing of the skin of the face, tachycardia, headache, allergic skin rash.

Contraindications
