It has a pronounced analgesic and moderate antipyretic effect. Relieves pain, relieves swelling of the joints. Prevents blood clots. Stimulates the formation of endogenous interferon, is able to exhibit an immunomodulatory effect and increase the body’s nonspecific resistance.
Indications for use
Inflammatory and degenerative joint diseases. Traumatic lesions of support – motor system. Pain of low to moderate intensity of various origins. Fever.
Method of administration and dosage
Pills. Children and adults take orally 0.2 g 3-4 times a day. For a faster achievement of the effect, the dose can be increased to 0.4 g 3 times a day.
A single dose for children over the age of 12 and adults – 1-2 tablets (200-400 mg) every 4-6 hours (do not use more than 6 tablets per day). The daily dose of the drug is 0.8-1.2 g. After achieving the therapeutic effect, the daily dose is reduced to 0.6-0.8 g.
Adults with osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis – 300-600 mg 4 times a day.
Gel and cream . Rub into the skin of the affected area 2-3 times a day. Light massage promotes absorption of the active substance.
Side effects
Sometimes – heartburn, abdominal pain, nausea; rarely – diarrhea, bloating, constipation, vomiting; very rarely – peptic ulcer and / or duodenal ulcers, gastro – intestinal bleeding, hepatitis, pancreatitis. Allergic reactions.
Contraindications

Overdose
