Dosage and administration

It is administered slowly, at 10 ml, 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening, for 10 days, followed by switching to taking the oral form of the drug in the form of capsules. The appearance of a skin rash that disappears after discontinuation of the drug is possible. If the technique of iv administration is not followed and the solution enters the subcutaneous fat, hyperemia, swelling, and pain are possible.
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, the period of pregnancy and lactation, age up to 12 years. Used with caution in patients with portal hypertension.
Glycyrrhizic acid, which is part of the drug, in high doses can cause a pseudocorticosteroid effect, which is manifested by an increase in the level of glucocorticoids and mineralocorticoids in the blood. This leads to a delay in sodium and a decrease in potassium in the body.
