Indications for use
Prevention of erosive ‑and ulcerative lesions of the upper gastrointestinal tract caused by the use of NSAIDs. As part of complex treatment: pyoinflammatory diseases of soft tissues; climacteric, vertebral pain syndrome; neuroreflex manifestations of osteochondrosis of the spine; chronic glomerulonephritis; neurocirculatory dystonia; IHD, angina pectoris II-III functional class.
Dosage and administration
The drug is taken orally 30 minutes before meals. The tablets are chewed with a small amount of water.
In the complex treatment of neuroreflex manifestations of osteochondrosis of the spine, chronic glomerulonephritis, coronary artery disease , as well as to prevent the ulcerogenic effect of NSAIDs , the drug is prescribed for adults , 1 tablet 3 times a day.
In the complex treatment of purulent ‑inflammatory diseases of soft tissues , 1 tablet is prescribed 2 times a day. With simultaneous use with NSAIDs, adults can use quertin 2 tablets 3 times a day.
With neurocirculatory dystonia , the drug is prescribed 2 tablets 2 times a day for a month.
In the complex treatment of menopausal and vertebral ‑pain syndrome Quertin is prescribed 1 tablet 3 times a day. The duration of treatment is 6 months.
Side effects
When taking the drug, headache, tingling sensation in the limbs, nausea may occur. Manifestations of individual hypersensitivity (rash, itching) are possible.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to quercetin and other components of the drug, as well as to drugs with P ‑vitamin activity; age up to 12 years.
Overdose
With prolonged use, allergic reactions are possible.
