pharmachologic effect

An anti-inflammatory, analgesic drug that stimulates the restoration of cartilage.

Indications for use

Pain syndrome in primary and secondary osteoarthritis of the joints of the limbs and intervertebral discs; osteochondrosis; humeroscapular periarthritis; fractures.

Dosage and administration

Adults and children over 15 years of age: 1 capsule 3 times a day, regardless of food intake (for 3 weeks); further – 1 capsule 2 times a day. The duration of treatment is 3-6 months.  

Side effects

Abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, dizziness, headache, leg pain, swelling in the chest, abdomen, limbs, drowsiness, insomnia, palpitations, allergic reactions.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; chronic renal failure; pregnancy; period of breastfeeding; age up to 15 years.

Overdose

Hemorrhagic rash, nausea, vomiting.

Treatment. Gastric lavage, symptomatic therapy.
