Sedative and antispasmodic drug, the action of which is determined by the components that make up its composition.

Indications for use

Neuroses with increased irritability, insomnia, in the complex therapy of hypertension and vegetative vascular dystonia, mild spasms of the coronary vessels, tachycardia, intestinal spasms caused by neurovegetative disorders (as an antispasmodic drug).

Method of administration and dosage

Take orally, regardless of food intake, 1 capsule 2-3 times a day with water. If necessary, a single dose can be increased to 2 capsules. The duration of the drug is determined by the doctor. Children . There is no experience with the use of the drug in childhood.

Side effects

In some cases, the following side effects can be observed: discomfort in the stomach and intestines, nausea; drowsiness, light dizziness, decreased concentration; allergic reactions; slowing down of the heart rate.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, bromine, severe liver and / or kidney dysfunction, hepatic porphyria, severe heart failure.

Overdose

Symptoms CNS depression, confusion, dizziness, ataxia, drowsiness, up to deep sleep. In severe cases – respiratory failure, tachycardia, arrhythmias, decreased blood pressure, collapse, coma.   

Treatment . Symptomatic.
