pharmachologic effect

It has hepatoprotective and antioxidant effects. Optimizes cell metabolism.

Indications for use

Toxic liver damage: chronic inflammatory liver disease or cirrhosis.

Dosage and administration

The tablets are taken orally, without chewing, with a sufficient amount of liquid.

Adults and children over 12 years of age : for diseases of mild to moderate degree – 1-2 tablets 3 times a day; in severe forms of the disease – up to 2–4 tablets 3 times a day. The course of treatment is determined individually. The average duration of treatment is 3 months.   

Side effects

Diarrhea, nausea, pain and heaviness in the abdomen, vomiting, decreased appetite, flatulence, heartburn, skin rashes, itching, anaphylactic shock, increased existing vestibular disorders, shortness of breath, increased daily urine volume, pathological hair loss. Side effects, as a rule, disappear after stopping the drug.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug. Acute poisoning of various etiologies.

Overdose

There have been no reported cases of overdose. If you accidentally take a high dose, it is necessary to induce vomiting, rinse the stomach, take activated charcoal and conduct symptomatic treatment.
