pharmachologic effect

It has an anticholinergic effect, causes relaxation of the smooth muscles of the bronchi.

Indications for use

Supportive care for COPD, including chronic bronchitis and emphysema; maintenance therapy for dyspnea due to COPD, and prevention of exacerbation of the disease.

Dosage and administration

The recommended dose consists of inhaling the contents of 1 capsule 1 time per day using the HandyHeiler inhalation device . 

Inhalation should be done at the same time of day. Do not swallow capsules!

Side effects

Dehydration, dizziness, insomnia, headache, violation of taste sensations, blurred vision, glaucoma, increased intraocular pressure are possible.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to atropine, its derivatives or to other components of the drug, pregnancy.

Overdose

Dry mouth, bilateral conjunctivitis.
